Thanks. I was afraid that it would be too much. I have always loved the name Liliana. Since I got pregnant with this one, I decided that I would like to honor my great grandmother, Rosa, if we had a girl. I'm not sure how I feel about Rosa as the first name though. I would rather it be the mn. I think Liliana Rosa might be a bit much though and I'm not really feeling Lillian. I also just found out a few days ago from my mom that lilies were her favorite flower, so I thought that was kind of neat. I don't know. Naming a girl is harder than I thought! We didn't have as much trouble naming DS.
I like Lily Rosa best. It is a bit floral, but it sounds like both names have meaning to you.
That being said if you have always loved the name Liliana that might be the right choice for you. I feel like Liliana Rose would still honor your grandmother, but even Liliana Rosa is fine.
Liliana was on my short list--love it! I do think it may be a bit much with Rosa. How about liliana rose? Still clearly a tribute to your great grandmother.

I loooove pp suggestion if Rosa as a first name. I love it far more than Lily (which is also lovely, but Rosa has more style, IMO).
