Anyone else starting to feel this - I'm 26 weeks along. What ate you doing for relief? I was doing a prenatal yoga class once in a while but I can't get there for 2 or 3 weeks with their schedule.
I've found that stretching my hips on a yoga ball helps my hips and back quite a bit. Usually it's the difference between sleeping fairly well and tossing and turning all night because of pain.
Warm(not hot) bath or shower, stretching/yoga(videos on YouTube are great or stretching on a yoga ball-if you have one), massage or rub the area with coconut oil(either do it yourself or your have SO do it), heating pad, and tylenol(I use it sparingly and ONLY as a last resort. I always try other things first)
Massages, physical therapy, simple stretches and strengthening at home, warm bath.
I need to buy a yoga ball.
It helps!!! They have one here @ the hospital I use sometimes. Each room has one and I use it for aches and pains.
And yes, OP- I have a million aches and pains. Sometimes I feel like it's magnified x 100 because I can't get up and stretch as much. I have a massage therapist that helps. Also, +1 for warm baths. Helps relax muscles.. I love it.

Heating pad and Tylenol also my snoogle pillow at night I have very bad case of PGP seems every time I'm pregnant but all the pain is well worth the end result
I've been running into this lately, too. I seem to be carrying a lot of extra tension in the last few days in my neck/shoulders/back. As I was lying down last night, trying to fall asleep, I realized that all of the muscles in my neck were completely tensed up. It sucks.
I'm thinking of cashing in a gift certificate for a massage soon.

I completely agree with all the other posts. Massages & prenatal yoga. I have even started doing the yoga at home on my own because I can't make it to the prenatal class due to my schedule. I'm obsessed with the book the Yoga Birth Method and it has an awesome easy to do sequence that takes about 15 minutes. I love it and it makes a huge difference in my back pain.
Re: Achey legs, lower back, neck...
You may also want to do some stretches on your own and take some walks. Maybe a warm bath too.
I need to buy a yoga ball.
