Bleeding, Cramps

in 1st Trimester
I'm six weeks pregnant today. This morning I had a brown discharge and then no bleeding or anything for the rest of the day. However, when I got out of work I had cramping and when I got home, there was a pinkish/mucus blood which then stopped but I had severe cramps for about two hours and then I got red blood. There was a mucus tint to it--sorry if this is a lot of information. I put a pad on and there's nothing on the pad. My Obgyn told me to come in tomorrow. The cramps have now stopped, but I'm concerned did I have a miscarriage and that's why the cramps have stopped? Has anyone experienced this?

    I'm sorry this happened to you.

    I had a little bleeding/cramping when I was pregnant with DS, and it turned out okay. I hope the same for you, OP, and good luck at your appointment.

    With my miscarriage I continued to bleed like you would with a period.
    I'm glad you called your OB and fx that all goes well.
    I am not a medical professional of any sort but it doesn't sound like you miscarried. Cramps and spotting are fairly common in first tri.

    Thank you...I hope I didnt, but my concern now is that after the last bleeding the cramps stopped and I'm just wondering if I miscarried and now it's over and that's why the cramps stopped. I appreciate you responding.
