Prenatal Exercise Classes (around Stamford preferred)

Hi,

I'd like to do some pilates or prenatal yoga around Stamford or surrounding towns.  Any recommendations?

    I would love this too. I belong to New York Sports Club and have found 1 instructor so far who is prenatal certified. I'd love to find other options too.
