Tummy time

My 10 week old does not want to use his arms while he's doing tummy time. He will pick his head up and kick his feet but his arms do not move. Is there something I can do to help him to move them?

My dd was the same and didn't use her arms till she started rolling at 3 months. I always tried to put her arms under her to prop her up a little..they do it when they are ready

Mine was the same way. Suddenly started using his arms at 12 weeks. It'll happen:)
