Oh so tired!

Well, it has happened.  I am 6 weeks 2 days, and as of 4:00, I officially couldn't keep my eyes open any longer. With my previous pregnancy (17 years ago) I had horrible Hyperemesis and was consumed by being sick all day, so I never really noticed I was tired.  I was thinking I might have gotten away with something this time as I have felt pretty good up until today.  I guess I'll take the sleepiness over the sickiness, but it sure does make the work day hard.  I was very tempted to just shut my door and take a nap!  I don't think the kiddos would have responded to well to that though.  Ugh!!!  On top of it all, I started bloodwork to check my HCG levels yesterday.  I will do labs again in the morning and they will compare to see if my levels are rising.  Because I was symptom free up until today, I was beginning to worry.  Maybe this tiredness is a good sign.
