I am going through open enrollment right now and saw an update for infertility treatments. They raised our lifetime limit from $15k to $25k. I am already at $6k and have only been working with an IF specialist for 6 months, I guess 3 failed 'surgeries' will do that for you. This ish is expensive...

Totally jealous. Our new insurance has a 5K limit on meds that I am going to surpass on one IVF cycle. Caremark prices for meds are 2x and 3x the prices of our local fertility pharmacy to make you burn right through your limit. But we have to go thru Caremark first. Absolute nightmare.

That's great news! It is definitely expensive stuff to deal with. We were only supposed to have diagnostic coverage, but my insurance has been covering most of my ultrasounds so far. I still worry that one day they are just going to start denying it all.
