Yes, I have pain when I spend too much time sitting all day at work. Only in my right hip. I have been trying to stand more at work and walking 2-3x a day.
i have hip pain to. my doctor says that it cause as your body's joints loosen up ready for labor. so if you can get a heating pad, it's helps me out alot
I get pretty bad pain in whichever hip I'm not sleeping on. I try to keep a pillow between my knees and ankles, but sometimes that doesn't even help. I usually end up turning partially on my stomach. Life is going to suck when I can't do that anymore.
Only my right side of my hip has been hurting. I've used the heating pad which helps a bit but I can't get a full night sleep because of the pain. So aggravating but glad I'm not the only one with these issues! Seeing my OB/GYN tomorrow so I'm asking for some exercises or advice.
@mrsjack53 That's your Sacro-iliac area and is so painful. I've had that for years and the only real relief came from reiki & acupuncture. Just started Tai-chi a couple of weeks ago which helps stretch my hips & back. I had surgery last year (laminectomy and fusion) and still have horrible pain, can't lift or turn my hips at all.
@galba08 Try ice instead of heat (helps with inflammation) and i sleep on my living room floor bc softer surfaces cause the pain to worsen
