Back from Vacation!

We had a rocking good time on our anniversary trip to Chicago, missed you guys! :)

Thoughts:

1. DH admitted that we will have a second baby, just didn't know timing (which is a little farther off the one-and-done fence so that's good). 

2. The only people that go browsing the the Disney store without children are creepers or parents missing their baby.

3. We ate our way through the city.  Definitely on a fatty-pants-detox this week!  But SO GOOOOOOD...

4. We only stayed up past midnight one night and only slept in past 8am one day... hard habits to break!!!

5.  Men in Chicago need to STEP AWAY from the skinny jeans.

6.  Five days/Four nights is exactly as long as I can stay away from DD at this point.  I checked in every night and we had a great time being husband and wife instead of mom and dad but both got homesick for DD by the end and our flight was delayed and we were ready to stab someone in the eye by the time we got hom because we wanted to see her so bad. :)

All in all a successful trip.  DD survived, we survived (and had fun!) and we all are back home and snuggly now.

    Haha, #5 (men in tight pants) is so true and we do #3 too (eat our way through a vacation).
