  • Last week I did well with walking but I wish I had done more over the weekend.

    This week, more walking plus a video.

    I want to lose weight, be healthier and feel good.

    I walk really early in the morning and around an indoor mall at lunch when it's hot outside. It doesn't get that cold here during the winter so we will be outside more!

  • LBD was okay.  This one is a little more strenuous because there are no rest days and some of the exercises are intense.  I would say that plank is probably one of the hardest things because the time just makes it harder and harder to stay up.  I had to do plank jacks last night.  I don't recommend those.  

    Last week:  Beach body

    This week:  Beach body.  I would like to start swimming again, but that won't happen until I'm out of training at work.

    Goal:  Just overall better health.

    What do you do for exercise when it's too gross to go outside?  Or do you primarily workout inside anyway?   I workout inside strictly.  Too many allergies that makes the outdoors a hard place to be when working out.

  • Last week: 3 runs in! Yahoo!  I also played soccer Sunday, but it was more of a scrimmage and playing around. Also, I'm down to a more consistent weight and my pre-pregnancy weight!

    This week: Hopefully 3 runs again, and soccer again.

    Goal: Finish the half marathon in less than 3 hours. (I should be able to.)

    What do you do for exercise when it's too gross to go outside?  Or do you primarily workout inside anyway? When it's gross outside I don't get much exercise.  Although I will do a dance party with LO sometimes when we can't go out.

  • Last week: rested but diet all the way!

    This week: diet but will increase my level of activity.

    Goal: tone up!
