I cannot figure out why I'm having two different numbers. Can someone help me? I've synced, refreshed and shut down. Nothing is making my numbers match. Thanks for the help!!!
Woah! That's crazy. Any chance that the time zone got changed on your fitbit by accident? I had that happen because Jameson messed with my phone and it added two of my days together and have me messed up numbers.
Whenever I manually sync my fitbit the match up site syncs up afterwards. Try re syncing your fitbit manually, wait a couple minutes and recheck the matchup site.
It never updated to the correct steps. I've had mine not match up for short times but never this big of a difference. I did contact the site to see if they can fix it.
So I manually entered walking as an exercise in my log not knowing it was going to double my steps. So I deleted the log but never updated on Matchup. The guy said he had seen it before but still had to manually fix my day.
So, what is the point of manually logging a workout if it double counts your steps?
Last week I had a weird problem like that and it was on the fitbit end for some reason. Lo had gotten ahold of my zip and the whole morning's steps (and run dammit!) counted for the day before. It was super annoying because I actually lost to workinit by less than what got added to the day before. And then oddly enough my zip shut down or something for about 5 miles of my 20 mile run on Sunday. I KNOW it was 20 miles because I has driven it to check and my time was 20 miles for sure, but it only showed 15 and wouldn't refresh until 2 hours after I stopped. Does this mean my battery is dying or something? I only got mine at the very end of August...

How can you sync Machup? I have refreshed and logged off but still says 28,000ish steps.
