Indegestion remedies?!!! HELP

I can't find anything that doesn't cause me to have bad indegestion! My doctor told me I can take Mylanta. It helps but now I'm afraid to eat anything! Please let me know if you have any remedies, or foods that will help with this:) Thank you in advance!

Try to lay off any greasy/spicy foods and carbonated drinks and see if that helps.
