Intro-possibly pregnant

I'm not sure if I can say this is a "newbie intro" since I have been on the boards before but I thought I would post a "new" intro and get some feedback. I had a miscarriage at 9 weeks in early August and ended up having to have 2 D&Cs (long story) I haven't really had a "regular period since then. I had had some super light bleeding when I was "supposed" to have a period in September and then last Thursday was when I was supposed to start again and just had some very light spotting for an hour or so. So yesterday, I was starting to get curious and took a test and there is a very faint line. I am ecstatic and completely terrified at the same time. Part of me is just wondering if this is leftover hormones from my last pregnancy, but I did take a test about 2 weeks after the last D&C to see where my hormones were at and nothing registered on the test then. I guess I'm just to scared to get excited yet based on my previous experience. From what I have read, any line (even faint ones) are a positive! I guess now the waiting game starts. I guess I am just skeptical because I did have some spotting last week, but I guess it could have been implantation. Has anyone had anything similar to this happen?

If you had a negative between your m/c and now, then I'd say you're pregnant. Congratulations and call your doctor, there's not much they can do right now but they might want to monitor you more closely this time. They may also order 2 BETA's just to verify that your numbers are in fact climbing (they should double every 48-72 hours).
