F15 January Siggy Challenge: What I'm Looking Forward to After the Babies Arrive Bringing them both home...UPDATE...The girls are home!!! 1/7/15 after 20 days in the NICU!
My daughters middle name is Isabel, we went with that spelling because it was her great-grandmothers name. I was going to go with Isabelle, because it's more of a european way of spelling it but my MIL shot it down cause it wasn't how her mother spelled it.
I prefer Isabel, but that is because I have roots to Spain and that is the traditional spelling there. I was considering this name if I had a girl.
I also think Isabelle is beautiful, and it is still traditional - just the French version! I would think that Isabelle would be more common in Canada, but I live in the states... so what do I know?! haha
I had a whole paragraph typed - and then I saw that you decided on Lily. LOL! Lily is beautiful.
My daughter is Isabel, so obviously I prefer this spelling. It is traditional especially for Spanish countries as my husband is from Costa Rica. That doesn't mean you need to be Latino to use this spelling. I think it is pretty and unique
