I totally get washing all clothes and bedding before putting the kid in it but what else are you washing...Toys? Stuffed animals? Stroller/car seat liners? Those little lovey blankets? I am afraid that I am getting carried away over here. Yay for nesting, I guess.
Re: What are you washing- a FTM problem
Second question: DH's grandmother is tell me I am washing things too soon and I will need to re-wash everything. Would you re-wash anything you are washing now?
RE appointment & testing December 2013 - February 2014= Unexplained IF, possible endometriosis
IUI#1- March 22 (100mg clomid, 75 mg of Bravelle, Ovidrel trigger) = BFP!!!
I am started to freak that I am at 7 weeks max for this kid coming out and I haven't done anything before this weekend.
All the bedding and clothes, like you mentioned. Though my advice as a STM, don't wash ALL the clothes now. I washed every single piece we had for DD and there were so many things she ended up never wearing. I'd wash maybe N-3 months for now, then wash as you move up in sizes.
I also washed all the pacifiers, bottles, nipples, etc. Toys, stuffed animals, stroller/car seat parts (unless they were used) don't need to be washed IMO.
BFP #1 5/12/12; EDD 1/20/13; Eliana Grace born 1/25/13
BFP #2 12/11/13; EDD 8/23/14; M/C 6 weeks
BFP #3 4/3/14; EDD 12/13/14
(Yet I didn't think to wash the car seat... I'm too nervous to manipulate it after getting it checked by the fire department.)
