I haven't gotten a nosebleed yet but every time I blow my nose there's a little blood in my nose. I've been waiting to get one. Hope you get some relief. I really don't know how you prevent them other putting moisture into your house! But I don't think that helps with pregnant nosebleeds.
Saline nasal spray every day and always before blowing. I also put a little mentholatum on a q-tip at night just barely inside my nostrils. Living in the desert I've had to deal with them my entire life.

I had one nosebleed last pregnancy while in the shower, so it scared me at first until I figured out where the blood was coming from. This time I have bloody mucus nearly every time I blow my nose. I just try to stay hydrated and sometimes put a bit of vaseline inside my nostrils at night to help keep the moisture in.
