Rec your favourite brunch dishes?

Baby's birthday party is Monday, for brunch. We're expecting 20-30 people. I was thinking of making:

Bacon and sausage
Scrambled eggs
Baked French toast
Fresh fruit
Coffee, tea, juice

What else should I serve? Pastries from Costco? Veggie platter? Cheese plate?

Bonus points for easy or no prep!

    Mimosas?
I threw a brunch bday party and had: homemade cinnamon rolls, bacon, breakfast potatoes, scrambled eggs, and a fruit platter. Drinks: OJ, water, coffee, mimosas and Bloody Marys.
Edit: my food suggestion- hash browns or a potato dish of some sort.

  • Mimosas and hash browns are good ideas! Maybe cinnamon rolls instead of French toast? They might be easier to eat too, hey?

  • Maybe some sort of ham?  I feel like brunch needs something lunchy in addition to the breakfast foods.

Also my SIL makes an awesome hashbrown casserole.  Easy to prep the night before and just pop in the oven in the morning.

  • Chocolate chip banana bread is a must at our family brunches.
