If you have pregnancy acne

I have been on a search for something to replace my pre pregnancy cleanser that has salicylic acid in it. Nothing had worked and my skin was a mess. I never realized how hard it would be to find an oil free cleanser without salicylic acid. A few weeks ago I started using the Body Shop's tea tree line and it has helped A TON. I use the face cleanser (not the foam one) and the toner. It smells kind of bad (like tea tree oil), tingles a bit and doesn't remove my makeup as much as it could, but other than that I have no complaints. Just thought I'd share because I know a lot of us are having skin issues. Oh, and they also make a body cleanser.

Disclaimer: I do not work for the Body Shop. I am just a product obsessed mom that wanted to share something that has been helping me. :)

  • I might have to give that a shot. Even my lush stuff isn't doing it anymore :(

  • I use pure witch hazel. I feel like it works really well too.

  • My skin has gotten so dry lots of nights I can get away with using water to rinse my face. If I wear makeup or have an oily day I will use witch hazel and put a little coconut oil on a q tip to remove make up from around my eyes. I have also been putting coconut oil on before bed every night as a moisturizer. It is also antimicrobial so it helps prevent pimples. I haven't been getting anymore and I was looking a bit like I had hit puberty again for a while.
