I went on amazon today to look for some books for a new project I'm working on, typed in some keywords, and one of the books that popped up was mine!! :) It's still in publication right now and isn't listed to come out until March 1, but MY BOOK is on amazon!! Plus I got an article accepted by a journal that will also be published in a few months - I'm having a nice glass of wine tonight to celebrate :D

BFP1: DD1 born April 2011 at 34w1d via unplanned c/s due to HELLP, DVT 1 week PP
BFP2: 3/18/12, blighted ovum, natural m/c @ 7w4d
BFP3: DD2 born Feb 2013 at 38w4d via unplanned RCS due to uterine dehiscence

    Ha! Hardly. It'll be marketed as a supplementary text for upper-level undergrad or graduate work on gender and violence, I think, so the audience is a bit limited, and the cost is certainly going to prohibit it from hitting the NYT Bestseller List anytime soon ;)

    Congrats!!! That is AWESOME!

    I also had a journal article accepted last week :) I jumped up and down in the lab when I got the email and went home and drank a glass of expensive wine in celebration.
