Whats been your best pregnancy brain blunder? I almost just wiped with Clorox cleaning wipes instead of my adult tush wipes, this has happened maybe 4-5 times this week...
Not a pregnancy brain blunder but my name, DD's name, and our dog's name all coincidentally start with M. My husband frequently mixes the three of us up & has said we can't give anyone else a name starting with M because he "just can't handle it."
A few weeks ago I went to the DMV to renew my license. Got in line, filled out paperwork, took a number, and sat waiting for 25 minutes. When they called my number I went to the counter and gave the lady my old license. She looked at it and said (rather loudly), "Hon, you've still got another year. That's half an hour of your life you won't get back." I've been so preoccupied with all the things that are going to happen in 2015, I just didn't even think twice about it! I couldn't get out of there fast enough.
I forgot our car had a 6th gear a few weeks ago on the way into work. I didn't notice for 30 miles until I was ready to get off the interstate.

Brought myself to the vets office, completely forgot the dog. The ladies in the office & I couldn't stop laughing, they called me about 20 minutes after I left to remind me to bring the dog.
On Monday, I was craving a cheeseburger, which is odd for me. I don't eat fast food, and didn't want to go to a restaurant by myself. But, a nice, juicy, gooey cheeseburger was all that sounded good.
The Brain Blunder part? I had gone to the grocery store that morning. I purchased the frozen White Castle burgers... didn't even remember it three hours later. The purchase is probably what triggered my craving, but my brain didn't remember buying them.
After work, I was still bummed about not getting a cheeseburger and told my husband, who then pulled out the box of burgers from the freezer. I was so excited and thought he bought them! I've never felt more like an idiot. *eyeroll
I pulled up to the gas pump and stood there for 5 minutes trying to remember my zip code for the payment. After several failed attempts ( I knew it was 0 ...something), I called the husband. Yeah, I'm not living that down! 8-}
A15 January siggy challenge: Workout/Fitness Fails
I had a text argument with my sister in law, thinking I was texting with my husband. Even though it clearly says the name at the top of the screen. Derrrrr.
I have been stuck in a weird groundhog day all week where I think every day is Friday and get rudely awakened by coworkers ... this happens multiple times a day, still can't get it straight. Kind of think I'll wake up tomorrow and go to work because I think it's Friday again ...
Got in car, put keys directly into ignition, and started car. Put purse down and promptly began looking for my keys. Sat in car for at least 2-3 minutes hunting for the keys...that were in the car.
I've put the emergency brake on without putting my car into park a handful of times so far. I am very lucky it has been enough to keep me from running into anything when I get out, but I'm sure its bad for my car. I also tried to tell someone about a kid I used to nanny by saying "the three year old I used to date." -_-
I needed to buy a Target gift card for my uncle that just got married. Husband and I were on our way home from a weekend getaway so we stopped in a Target on the way home. We went in, I went directly to bathroom and he went to look for a CD. I met him in the CD section after and remembered I wanted to look at some boots. After realizing they didn't have them in stock, we left the store, got in the car and I started to pull away when I realized we didn't get the gift card.... Back in we go. We decided to get some candy for the rest of the drive home then got in line to get the gift card. After standing in line for 5 minutes, I realized we needed a congratulations card to put the gift card in. So we had to go all the way across the store for the 3rd time. This quick trip ended up taking almost 45 minutes! Gah.
