  Make sure you continue to take your progesterone. Have the doctor recheck your levels have risen in a few weeks.

  Now that you are on the supplements you should be fine. I believe they want to see your pg levels at or over 20.

  I'm only prescribed 200 mg a day. I wonder if this is enough.

  I work in a pharmacy, and I fill Rx's for Progesterone capsules several times a day.  More often than not, it's for 100mg.  And the vast majority of the few Rx's that are for 200mg are for short term dosing.  I wouldn't fear about not getting  "enough" in terms of dosing.  200mg is considered a high dose.

  My progesterone levels were low as well (10.8 and they wanted it to be at least 15) so I've been on progesterone suppositories since week 2. I am currently 11w3d and I get to stop them in a few days!
