Diastitis recti

should i worry? I had top abdomen tighness pain from week 4 to week 12. Now i have a bulge.

  • Side-planks, squats, and other exercises that work the transverse abdominal muscles will help with diastasis recti. I discovered I had it after my 3rd pregnancy when my baby belly didn't go away after several months. It's basically healed now, but I am continuing exercises to prevent another bad separation.
