I am 8 weeks today. After I drink my stomach gets hard. Anyone else experience this?

How is this so new??? My stomach did this even when I wasn't pregnant if I ate to much. Now that ppl are preg they are like "OMG my stomach is poking out".

Am I odd that this isn't a new concept to me?

I can say, I've had food babies before, it's just at a whole new level now. Bloat, gas and constipation is the trifecta.

I never said my stomach was poking out. I said it feels tight. I am aware of what bloating and gas feels like as well

The only other time I had bloating was when I had terrible ovarian cysts. At least this bloat isn't as painful!

This makes me feel really jubbly, lol! Like I need a bra for my tummy!

It's happened to me twice and both times were after eating dinner. It was so tight and I had to lay down the rest of the night.

I looked it up and it's normal to bloat after eating. And "bloat" meaning tight, hard to breathe, not "im on my period" bloat. Something about it taking much longer to digest and the air stays in longer, causing a tight stomach!
