  You make all valid points! The cop lying was a giant WTF moment.

  I agree that it has too many flashbacks and story lines.  They are trying to juggle too much, so I get confused.  

  
  

  I wondered why the cop bf would lie too, unless he wants her to find it out herself.  It just didn't make sense.

  
  

  I also question who is the pawn in the Rebecca situation.  I agree that Analise's asst did seem scared of her hubby last night, rather than infatuated, like she has before.

  
  

  Also, since Analise was banging the cop, why did she get upset that her hubby may have been sleeping with a student.  And, why did she automatically come to the conclusion that he is involved in her murder?  I wonder if he has killed before.

  I get the feeling that the cop lied to protect Annalise. I don't think she's as strong as she acts.
  
  I get confused by the timeline. I have to remind myself of the time frame.
  
  I wish I had it on TiVo. I think the redundant flashes of the murder are showing clues?

  I'm hooked. I was going to give the same reasoning as mcbenny on letting some of the details slide (shows set in Seattle rarely look it). It's intriguing and fun to watch.

  And ask a question... Scan the whole class only to call on one of her interns.
