s/o vacuums...kitchen floors

What do you all use to clean your kitchen floor? We have tile and I pretty much just use the wet Swiffer but I need something more because kids and their inability to get a full bite of food into their mouth. Do any of you use a steam mop you like? I'm too lazy to get on my hands and knees and scrub Cinderella-style so that's out.

    I've found dogs work well for this, unless it's chocolate then keep them away.

    Just kidding!  Sort of.  My dogs did so love to clean up after a friend's 2 y/o came and had BBQ with us!

    I use a steam mop, though "use" is sort of too grandiose.  I pull it out maybe quarterly, because ain't nobody got time for that.  When I use it, it works great, though!  (I always pre-vaccuum that area first to get any big chunks of dirty and debris.)

    I have this carpet/floor cleaner https://www.walmart.com/ip/24221804.  It's a Bissell. I have learned my lesson with them.  I don't care for it.  It spews water all over the place and is bulky and a PITA.  It leaves the floors REALLY wet and I'm still not satisfied with the level of clean that it does.

    Shark steam mop. It's a hell of a workout though. However, I love that you don't have to go out and keep buying cleaner or mop pads. Just throw it in the wash!

    ETA: oh and to add, I use it in my bathrooms too which are tiled. My kitchen is floor is wood.

    My kitchen floors are hardwood but I do use my Shark steam mop on the tile in my laundry room and bathrooms.

    We have a Shark mop too. We also have one of those restaurant like roll over the floor things which is great for a super quick clean up and doesn't spit everything around like the vacuum.

    You have to go a little slow to make sure you get the dirt, but it's wonderful. I love it! You just wash the pads and refill with water. I got mine from BestBuy using reward certificate points I had banked.

    Edit to say it vacuums and mops all at once which is why I love it and does a great job. I thought I typed that but realized I left it out.
