  No, had two vaginally and no looser & still all sensitivity! I tore to the max with my first and 17.5 months later had my second daughter & only two stitches! So in my experience it got better after my first!

  Nope, everything was back in "working order" fairly soon after delivery.

  I've vaginally delivered a 9 pounder and an 11 pounder with minimal tearing and minimal damage. I still have sensation there, still enjoy sex, and as a side note, I did my kegels so I can also still hold my pee (even pregnant with #3).

  Some women have more traumatic experiences with more tearing and a longer recovery though.

  I had a 9lb., bobble-headed child, and a 2nd, almost 3rd degree tear. Things were a little tender and loose at first, but after a few months things were better than ever.

  2 vaginal births under my belt. I tore with both, the first one quite badly. Keep up with your pelvic floor exercises. After healing I never had any problems with feeling or sensation.

  Once my hormones went back to normal after DD, sex has been better.
  
  I've actually read that squats are better for you than kegels. Not everyone needs kegels (although if you are leaking, you need kegels...) so the women who don't need them can actually cause other problems by making themselves too tight. But I would ask your healthcare provider about this because I can't remember where I read it, and I don't want to be that rando giving bad medical advice on the Internet...

  I tore, it sucked.  I didn't loose sensitivity but I will say that everything did feel different.  I kind of felt like I needed to relearn that part of my body.  The things I used to like I don't and the things I didn't I do.  My drive went down, but with this one my drive seems to be back up.  Hopefully it stays that way.
