Is there a male version of the name Eileen?

We really wanted to name baby no. 2 after DH's grandma, Eileen. However, we are having a boy. Anyone have any ideas of ways we can incorporate her name into a male version?

Eli is a great name. I love it. But if that's not your style, I'd honor her by choosing another name that starts with E. I also love Ethan.
