Our last embryo has been transferred

Hey ladies,
Yesterday was our FET, it was a rough day. We arrived at the clinic and changed, only to learn that the first embryo they thawed was not viable. We left for an hour and sat at a gas station parking lot while they thawed our last embryo. It was horrible.
We were lucky that our last embryo looked very good and we were able to do the transfer.
I am so sick of having days like yesterday. I know very well that there are no guarantees in any of this, but it was devastating to lose one of our last 2.
I was told by my new RE that since we were treating the NK cells and the embryo was of good quality, we would have a 40% chance per cycle. I felt that 2 FETs with this protocol would give us a fighting chance.
I thought if need be, we would do our final FET in December and then we would reevaluate our next steps.
I feel like the rug was literally pulled out from underneath me yesterday.
It's just such a mess. We don't have any eggs to work with. We don't have any sperm to work with and there is obviously something very wrong with me and Im beginning to think I might not be able to even carry.
I don't want to adopt.
I will likely make an appt with an RI because it takes so long to get in. In the meantime, I need to think long and hard about this. We have spent so much money and nearly 6 years on this and we have nothing to show for it. My insurance doesn't cover Dr. KK and the office told me it would be $5-8k just for the work up. I don't get a good feeling about Dr. Braverman's office, and I'm not sure how expensive The Beer Center is. I don't even know where we would start treatment again, as a 3rd fresh DE/DS cycle is no longer in our budget.
Ok... I'm done venting. I'm out of hope, it just hurts too much. I'm starting to think we might be done and I am heartbroken.

Oh sweetie!! I'm sending everything I've got your way. I hope this last embryo is all you need. It's incredibly unfair and heartbreaking/gut wrenching to do this over and over. The emotional part, the financial part. Normal people have absolutely no clue how miserable this is. It takes it's toll on you in all aspects of your life. I hope this embryo surprises you and becomes your THB.

DH (32): SA is ok, slightly low morph, normal SCSA Me (32): Slightly low progesterone, hostile CM, carrier for CF, Moderately high NKC, High TNFa, heterozyogous mutated Factor XIII, and +APA
October 2012-May 2014: 4 failed IUIs, 3 failed IVFs, and 1 failed FETw/donor embryos
November 2014: IVF w/ICSI #4 Agonist/Antagonist with EPP and Prednisone, Baby Aspirin, Lovenox, and IVIG for immune issues. Converted to freeze all due to lining issues. 2 blasts frozen on day 6!
January 2015: FET #2 Cancelled due to lining issues
April 2015: FET #2.1

Dx: DOR, Endo, APA+ (really high beta 2 glycoprotein antibody and high everything else tested), heterozygous MTHFR mutation, positive for lupus anticoagulant, high FSH, low AMH and both tubes blocked (per HSG on 3/8/11)
IVF #1 - long lupron (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 4 retrieved, 3 fertilized; ET 2 blasts and 1 frozen = BFN
IVF #2 - a version of antagonist with EPP (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 6 retrieved, 4 mature, 3 fertilized, 2 blasts and 1 frozen blast transferred on day 5 = BFN.
IVF #3 April was postponed to May, May was canceled. June/July was canceled. Had a cyst aspiration and then began IVF #3 in August. ER on 8/22; ET on 8/24 with AH. +HPT on 9/5. Beta #1 (11dpo) = 3; Beta #2 (15dpo) = 29; Beta #3 (17dpo) = 60; Beta #4 (19 dpo) = 118. Heartbeat at 6 weeks 6 days =132. Lil is here!
