How many naps?

On average how many naps does LO take on days you are AT HOME?

DS is in DCP during the week, but on the weekend he would wake up around 7-8 and by 9-10 he takes his first 1 hour nap. Then he'll have breakfast, bath and another bottle. Then he'll take his long nap that usually lasts 2-3 hours. Sometimes a 5 o'clock cat nap happens, but often times we're out and about.

2-3 hours!!!! man I am mad jealous! H's longest nap is 40-50 min.

The other 1 or 2 is 30 min.

I picked 2-3, but I don't feel like it's limbo. I look at his sleep as a whole big picture, and he needs a certain amount each day. I can typically tell if it will be a 2 or 3 nap day by the end of the morning nap.

On the weekends DD usually has a bottle at 6 and goes back to sleep for 1-3 hours. Then she has a 2-3 hour morning nap and a 1 hour late afternoon nap. I'm not sure if her first nap is a nap or just part of her night sleep. She sleeps much less during the week at daycare.

It's either 2 or 3 depending on what time she wakes up in the morning and how long her first two naps are. The third one is usually 30-45 minutes when it happens

She's pretty consistent with two naps since about 6.5 months.

2 naps, but on occasion 3 if she wakes up super early and won't go back to sleep. She needs about 14-15 hours of sleep daily. We go 3 hours in between naps now, so 2 is usually the norm.
