@emt16-you can change your default setting if you're at a desktop computer. I don't think you're able to do it from the app on any mobile device. Also, if you know that your LO tends to get up sometime after a certain time you could always set an alarm so you get up just a little bit earlier. For example, if she always gets up sometime after 4 AM set an alarm for 4 AM temp and go back to sleep till she wakes up. Just some helpful suggestions. ETA:it is to early for punctuation and grammar

What are you doing to get pregnant? Just temping right now.

Rants/raves/ chart stalks: I had a colposcopy with a tiny biopsy on Wednesday and the info sheet they gave me says "nothing in the vagina for one week." But I think I will probably ovulate around Tuesday. I really don't want to skip this month but I also don't want to do any damage to my cervix. The doctor said he will call Monday with the results, so I think I will ask him how horrible it would be for me to have sex Monday/Tuesday. Ugh.

GTKY- What store can you not live without? TJ Maxx. I am usually in there 2-3 times a week for no reason.

@emt16 I feel you. My DS wakes up 3 times a night to nurse still and there's no way I could temp with any kind of accuracy. And even if he did give me a good stretch, there's absolutely no way I'd be setting an alarm to wake up before he does. I. NEED. SLEEP. any way I can get it these days.Every minute counts when you haven't slept through the night in 11 months.

Rants/raves/ chart stalks: I took the last bfn pretty hard. I guess since we have been off birth control for a year now it hit me harder. Also my lp was only 8 days. It's getting shorter each time. I think I need to go get my pap I am over due for and see if there's anything going on. My mom has endometrioses and they told me when I was a teen I probably have it. My symptoms are getting worst but I have been dreading hearing the news I guess. I need to put my big girl pants on and just deal I guess.

GTKY-What store can you not live without? Target is my favorite, but Alaska didn't have target so I did actually have to live with out it. I can sure say I missed it and bitched about not having one when I went to the store. Fred Myers I couldn't live with out in Alaska. Carter's for the ds clothes are up there also. And Starbucks, How could I forget Starbucks!

@emt16 I would either set default and go with pp's suggestion of alarm prior to when your lo typically wakes up and temp then, or use No default/no time... best wishes

@CaitOst21 if you have around 10 days you have plenty of time for temping to be of use, you need six days prior to O for ff to be happy with you... meaning get ch's, but even with fewer temps it will recognize O it will just take more than 3 days.

@femmepink even if you don't wake up at a regular time or after 3hrs of consecutive sleep ff can help you determine a 2/3 day window of when O occured... just something to think about, trust me I hear you on the needing sleep I'm going on only 6hrs today and I feel rough!

@SHADYD12 I'm sorry you're hitting that 12month, I'd be concerned and want to see dr for an 8 day lp if it has occurred 3x... hope you get some answers

@kelley72 - Before my little guy, I temped for a year and got my O date down to a fine art - CD16. PP everything is screwed up, but slowly regulating itself. For now I think I'm okay with just using OPKs since I know "approximately" when I should O. OPKs have been good enough so far so I don't think I need to dust off the thermometer (and lose even more sleep) just yet.

What are you doing to get pregnant? Sex and temping. OPKs to make up for my crappy FF chart. The instructions say don't test first thing in the morning but other sources have said that's the best time. Am I confusing two things?

Rants/raves/ chart stalks: My chart looks like it's drunk. I should've realized that temping orally was hit the way to go. *I've been off BCP for about 6-7 weeks and my body is so fucked up. I've had two periods since, but one was probably just withdrawal nonsense. I'm not an anxiety ridden lunatic anymore so at least there's that. #newbieproblems

GTKY-What store can you not live without? Home Goods. I buy all the things there: snacks, dog toys, wall decor I don't need, and, my favorite thing to purchase, white serving platters. You can never have too many white serving platters/dishes.

I don't know if someone answered this but my understanding is that HPTs should go with FMU, but OPKs have different instructions depending on brand. A lot of women test with FMU and get positives, some prefer to test mid morning or early afternoon, the theory being that LH builds up thoughout the day. Also, the LH surge can be quite short, so if you get the cheaply wondfos from Amazon then you can test multiple times per day, for the greatest chances of catching your LH surge.

Also, I am so with you on a Home Goods. I buy ALL the white serving platters there! I'm thinking of having my cousin (a carpenter) make a custom platter holder for my dining room to fit all of them!

Rants/raves/ chart stalks: I saw my OB yesterday for CD 3 labs and follow up ultrasound. My FSH was quite elevated at 20.2.

My OB pretty much told me there wasn't anything they could do for me at their office due to that and my hx of losses. We have an appt next week with an RE that is 1 hour and 45 min away. It will be 100% OOP and we will have to pay for each appt up front. We are meeting with the bank today to discuss loan options. I have mixed emotions about this whole thing. The one good thing about this is that MH and I are on the same page. He said that he is not ready to give up yet because of our ages and he understands that time is precious and every cycle counts. I am feeling all the feels yesterday and today that's for sure.

Thank you for your kind words. I think I will intro over on TTTC also and maybe I will be able to get some advice and opinions on RE stuff. I have learned so much on TB and I am so thankful for that. That is pretty much the reason we are skipping the Fertility clinic which is 45 min away and has an NP running their program. She has 30 years of experience with IF but, I just don't feel that confident going there. Medicated cycles are monitored and they do IUI's but no IVF. I just feel I would have to double check everything because of their lack of training. This is so much to take in!!

Rants/raves/ chart stalks: TWW really messed with my head last cycle. I was like 85% sure I was going to get a BFP at one point. But we're closing on our house this weekend and hoping to move in on Monday, so that's a huge burst of sunshine for us!

GTKY-What store can you not live without? I love Loft, they're one of the only stores I've found that make petite clothes that can cover my weirdo, five-foot-tall, ex-gymnast body. I'm also a big Lush fan, I'm pretty sure I've tried every product they've ever made.
