Be Well Moms Clev. Clinic

Has anyone used the Be Well Moms program offered with Cleveland clinic?  I enrolled today as an incentive to lower my insurance rates for next year since I cannot participate in healthy steps (an employee incentive to losing weight).  Just wondering if you found it helpful, or if this will be very basic healthy eating while pregnant?
