Nvm zofran sucks!

As I sit here with horrible gas pains, bloating, and constipation. I ask myself which is worse? Feeling nauseous or feeling like my lower stomach and ass are going to explode (yea tmi) and then nothing and I mean nothing comes out! Grr.. Looks like it was too good to be true for me.

    My OB put me on Diclegis this time, and it seems to be working pretty well for me. I was put on Zofran my other two pregnancies, and it didn't really work well for me.
    BFP #1: 5-14-2010, DD born 1-22-2011

    BFP #3: 7-19-2012, DS born 3-27-2013

    Colace (100mg) 2 times a day. Miralax as needed. I will take this over puking multiple times a day. The Zofran is the only reason I am finally able to maintain weight and keep what little food I eat down. Good luck.

    I had the same experience with Zofran, the constipation is not worth it. It took me about a week to feel normal when I stopped taking it. Drink a cup of prune juice everyday and it will help get your system regular again.

    Thanks! Yea the gas pains for me are much more uncomfortable than the nausea I was experiencing. I guess it's a trade off. And only a few more weeks of it hopefully!!

    I hate zofran for that reason. I have Ménière's and take it only when it's really bad and I won't be able to shit for 2 days and that's when I'm not pregnant. Pregnancy constipates you anyway so I do everything possible to not take it. I took the b6/unisom combo and it helped me last time.

    That happened to me.  I didn't poop for a week and then the colace took 72 hours to kick in.
