Thanks for all the good wishes and happy vibes. They worked 
. We saw the baby's heart beat, arm buds, leg buds. Other than that, baby wasn't very cooperative, but yay for heart beat.
Also found out I'm measuring a week + further along than our earliest guess. Dr. Said it could swing by 5 days though so we will see if it changes in the future because we know the only week conception could have occurred and this is measuring a bit sooner.

DS born at 34 weeks with (surprise!) gastroschisis turned short bowel syndrome.
131 days in the NICU, 7 trips to the OR, G-button, daily TPN....
