Halloween party/Room mom

If you are a room mom for your child's school class, what plans do you have for your Halloween party...?

I'm co-room mom this year and I'm trying to come up with a game and one or two crafts/activities. Last year, DS's class did pumpkin bowling and a ghost craft.

I saw a paper plate spider web craft online that could be cute. What about a T.P. mummy wrap contest...? Too much of a potential disaster?

The TP Mummy could be fun at your som's age, except everybody is going to want a turn. We usually just eat, there was never enough time to do much else.
