Weekly Challenge: Abs, Engage!
This may sound like a weird one, but the challenge this week is to do some passive exercise. Basically, try to flex/engage your abs whenever you have some down time. During commercials, at red lights, when you're at the computer. Add a little extra burn to your day!

I could, if my back was better. That's my major issue right now. At least I get a little workout at physical therapy.

Working out everyday. Running 2-3 miles and lifting. I love running outside- love the sunshine and everything but there is something about going to the gym that I love more. The treadmill doesn't give me shin splints, which is a big plus and I feel like I can run longer. It's weird.
I just went to TJ Maxx and loaded up on workout gear- ALL 1 size smaller- so mediums instead of larges (my larges were falling off me!) It made my day thus far.
drinking all the water except for at night when I do one glass of wine. Been good about not getting late night munchies. DH gets home and wants to eat and I have been good at NOT eating past 8.
I really need to workout, but I'm still so tired from this medication. I know a workout would probably help with that, but the afternoon hits and I just can't keep my eyes open. I'm really going to try tomorrow, I may actually be able to have time earlier and avoid the afternoon drag altogether...i hope. It's a vicious cycle.
