Sorry I was away so long, for those who remember me.
I had my surgery to remove the fibroids on August 12, and everything went very well. My dr was able to remove nearly all the fibroids. Unfortunately he said I am a "garden" of fibroids and will likely grow them again. I have to sit out for 3 months to heal up and then DH and I can get back to officially TTC. I am both excited and anxious about it, as many of you understand.
I've been off because my home PC turned to major shit, so I finally brought it to be repaired last week. It should be fixed by tomorrow though!
While I'm at work I have no opportunities to get online (except right now ;) because this new school keeps me so busy! I am really liking it here though.
My new insurance kicked in on October 1, so I am excited to have much better medical coverage this go-round, so there's something nice to have!

    So glad the procedure went well!  What kind of surgery did they do (if you don't mind me asking)?  How long were you out of work?

    I had a robotic surgery. They did some through the 4 tiny incisions that are in my abdomen, and then my surgeon also had to make a bikini-line incision to get the bigger fibroids out.
    I was out of work for a week. I was supposed to take off 2 weeks, but because I am a teacher, my students would be severely behind if I missed that much time.

    I will definitely try my best to stay active. Between teaching, coaching cheer, doing makeup for events on weekends, and then having a very active 10 year old, I am stretched thin! LOL

    BFP #1 6/5/2013, MC confirmed 6/26/2013 @ 7 wks

    Diagnosis: unexplained RPL, unexplained IF.

    Also have hypothyroidism

    Started TTC again 12/2013

     

    IUI#1:Clomid CD 3-7, Trigger'ed CD 12. IUI CD 14. BFN

    IUI #2:Letrozole CD 3 - 7, Follistim CD 9, Trigger CD 10, IUI CD12. BFN

    Current plan: IVF with PGD. Antagonist - Vivelle Protocal. Stim start 12/1. ER 12/14.

    10/2011: Clomid 100mg, IUI --> BFN
    04/13: Clomid, IUI BFP --> MC at 6w1d
    05/13: Femara 2.5mg, IUI --> BFN  , 08/13: Femara 2.5mg --> BFN
    03/14: Femara 5mg, IUI --> 1 follicle @ 27d --> BFP! EDD 12/02/14--> blighted ovum, missed MC 6w6d --> D&C
    4/23: D&C...starting over again, with a little part of my heart broken off
    5/31: Femara 7.5mg --> cancelled cycle, no follies
    7/14: Femara 5mg + brevelle + menopur + IUI --> converted to IVF, ER 7/28 --> ET cancelled due to severe OHSS.

    So glad you are getting them resolved and you have a good team to monitor any new appearances moving forward! Hope the time goes fast for you and you are moving forward with TTC quickly!!

    Glad to hear the surgery went well @ImJessesGirl‌ . I would love to here more about your fibroids/oath to surgery, as I've just been diagnosed a couple of weeks ago. Any info would be greatly appreciated!
