  We've discussed my hatred for "pitcher" instead of "picture."
  
  My mil says tricks or treats instead of trick or treat. It drives me bonkers.

  My MIL adds s to all sorts of words that don't require it ONLY when talking to small children. You know, the ones who need to learn how to speak properly.  Makes my eye twitch lol.
