I know @babycaps said she was really busy this week so I thought I'd take the lead. I need something to do while I pump!

    Good but busy! This time of year is always rough. Too much to do and too little time to do it.

    Challenges?
    Just trying to fit it all in and somehow keep my house from getting condemned by the health dept.

    GTKY: If you could change just one thing about your job (other than the pay), what would it be?
    I've been thinking about this a lot lately. Location - we're a 12 hour drive from my family and 20-24 hours from MH's. I'd like to live within 2-3 of either my parents or my in laws. Being so far from family with a LO is hard!

    How's work going? sucks, not really anything new/big but it is work it is not a career or something I just love and am challenged/fulfilled by
    Challenges? the above, not being fulfilled in a personal sense is really disheartening, but it is what it is and I don't mean to sound so negative I am grateful to have a stable job
    GTKY: If you could change just one thing about your job (other than the pay), what would it be? the distance I drive to/from home and the amount of time in the car.  It is a full hour + both ways and day after day, etc that just adds up so by the end of the week I am exhausted, sick of traffic and just knowing I spend about 12 a week just getting to and from work is such a morale suck... oh well I'm not moving anytime soon and nothing closer to home work wise
    Dang- I sound so negative... sometimes I guess I am and need to vent so

    OMG this blood moon is making the crazies come out!!  WTF.  

    Other than the week being insane work has been good.  DH is gone to a conference this weekend so LO and I will be enjoying the house to our self.

     

    Biggest challenge this week:  tolerating the crazy people.  I am so over having to deal with these people,  looking forward to a glass of wine tonight

    I would change two of the people I supervise.  Sometimes I feel like a high school principle.  I don't give a shit if you like each other, you just have to work together.  this passive aggressive behavior is getting old.  Pull up your big girl panties and deal....

    How's work going?  Pretty good but busy. My co-worker is home on bedrest and having her baby next week, and I'm going to miss her for the next few months.   
    Challenges?  Still wish I was pumping a little more.  It has bounced back from being way down after a couple colds, but I'm still about an ounce short so trying to make up for it at night.
    GTKY: If you could change just one thing about your job (other than the pay), what would it be?  Smaller caseload.

    Work is okay. I feel like I'm starting to care less because I don't care about this company. But my boss called me today, and hopefully the changes she wants to make will go through. I will be back to doing what I did for my old job/before I left for leave. And there will hopefully be incentives with it.

    I really, really, really want to change the location. My hour long commute each way is awful, but also the location itself is bad. There is very limited parking, so I keep having to park behind the building where there is construction going on. The building itself is terrible, so small. There were talks of moving, but I don't see it happening any time soon.

    Super busy !! Hence why I've been a little absent lately !!

    Challenges?
    Staying focused . And dealing with the daily dramz ( rolls eyes ).

    GTKY: If you could change just one thing about your job (other than the pay), what would it be?
    I would love to work 3 days a week for the same pay ( in a perfect works right ). But maybe being able to have the option of moving up in the company , unfortunately there's no option to advance at my job . I enjoy a good challenge . My job lacks in that department . Also not working with alit of women , it's trouble sometimes .

    Work is good, I finally feel like my normal self while I'm there. It helps that I work with some of my best friends, so lunch and morning coffee gets to be my girl time. I'm also trying to redefine my roll by taking on different projects so I can maybe reduce traveling. I actually go to NYC for my first overnight next week...eeeek! I'm excited and nervous at the same time. If I could change one thing, it's the amount of office politics I have to deal with. I'm training a real jerk who I don't think should have been hired. Kinda wish he would get fired, but then it looks like I couldn't train him. Stuff like that.

    How's work going?
    It sucks. My supervisor still sucks and since coming back from leave and being on my new team I am miserable.

    Challenges?
    I've been VERY sick for the past two weeks now and while I've been out of work no one has taken on any of my work. I work for a marketing agency and everything is very time sensitive so all of my work was late when I came back to work Monday.

    GTKY: If you could change just one thing about your job (other than the pay), what would it be?
    Like others have said, my 1+ hour commute. Also, I would love to find a job to work from home.
