Munire update and late intro

Sorry I tried the search function to find the original thread but couldn't find it. I've never done a formal intro and although I read everyday and do post responses, I've never posted an op on this board. I'm 30 weeks pregnant now and at 43 I may be the oldest here. I was always worried to introduce myself for fear of loss (I am pgal). Every time I reached a milestone for myself that made me feel confident, I worried about the next milestone and if I'd ever get there. Anyway I wanted to post an update to my experience with munire the company that recently filed chapter 11. I'd received a damaged crib headboard so bbb ordered a new headboard for me before the news of chapter 11. After reading about it here I called bbb whom said munire stopped production. They were able to locate a crib in another state and they had that headboard delivered and set up which was really nice of them. As far as the conversion pieces, they said there may be a chance another furniture company may decide to manufacture them but the finish might be slightly off. It will be a few weeks before they know if another company will do that. So happy I received an undamaged headboard for now and hoping the rest can be salvaged. For anyone who was unable to get their cribs I'm so sorry. I really love the munire choices, they got great ratings in baby bargains and still can't believe they filed chapter 11. Apologies for the long paragraph, bumping from an iPad and it's not putting in my paragraphs.
