Did anyone's child's growth slow down during the second month?I have my daughter's 2 month check up tomorrow.  I am worried she isn't gaining as well as she was.  the first month she gained 2 pounds.  Well over the last month she has gained just over a pound. (i have a baby scale from a friend).  So obviously is dropping %'s.  I feed her every 2 - 2 1/2 hours during the day, she is happy, if i feed her more she spits up her whole meal and then some, she is meeting milestones and is sleeping 8 hours her first stretch at night.  Did anyone else's child's growth slow down the second month?  I am just worried because the dr. I am seeing can be a stickler......  Thanks

    My LO is a slow gainer. I feed her 8-9 times a day, she's happy, sleeping well, and having plenty of wet/dirty diapers. The doctor and I are not concerned. I wouldn't stress too much.

    Thanks!  the doctor was very happy with her growth.  I am a worrier.... :) Like you guys mentioned, she's happy, sleeping and having plenty of wet/dirty diapers.
