I could look it up, but do I need any equipment for it?
Usually not. I just use a mat for comfort, but if you have carpet you'd probably be alright. She very infrequently will use light weights, so when she does that I either just go without weights or I use like jugs of water cuz I'm ghetto. It's all free on YouTube so hooray for free fitness!
There was a VHS tape I used to workout to everyday when I was younger. It was called "Buns of Steel" and it was probably from the 70s or 80s, but it is amazing!! I think that is how I stayed so thin...I wish I had that on DVD now
Lindsey Brin. She is the founder of Moms Into Fitness. I started with the Post-Natal boot camp. Then I moved onto the Pretty Fierce series, which is the same as Insanity. Her bootcampnis a series of ten minute total body workouts and you can do one to three. Plus, she has beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Seriously, awesome. Check her out.
I loved the 30 Day Shred after I had DS2. Jillian Michael's commentary can become a bit annoying after a while, but I really like the workout. I plan on doing it on the days I can't get to the gym. She's got a few other videos on Amazon prime that I want to try, too.

I liked the 30 day shred because I saw results in just 20 minutes a day, which counts for a lot with kiddos! My sister and I did it while LO#1 was napping. Having a workout buddy helped keep me accountable.
So, just found out Buns of steel is now in DVD for 15 bucks. Guess who just ordered it? This girl right here it not only helps shape your butt and legs, but also your stomach. It won't give you rock hard abs, but it def helps control belly flab and I can't wait to start doing this again. It's not as hard as insanity, but it had pretty good results
