I really want to start using the slow cooker. It seems LO loves mushy soups that are filled with flavor but I am afraid the traditional dishes online may have too much sodium or spice. Do you have good recipes or links for great healthy stews that could be given to the baby? I have started to collect a few but thought I'd ask you lovely ladies. Also, I only know how to use Indian flavors but want to experiment with other herbs and spices so traditional American, Italian, south American style stews/soups would be great.
Thanks for sharing as always :-)
PS: if this has been discussed in the solid food thread or else where please direct me
