i had my first beta a week ago so this is all still so new. I had some spotting last week on Thursday and the nurse was not concerned but said to not dtd with DH. When did you guys start back up again?

. Also, if you exercise, when did you start again?

We were told to wait until 9 weeks, then we did and had spotting, so I waited till 12 or 14 weeks because I was scared. Spotting is normal after, so be prepared for that. Your OB will bring you in if you want though, I went early at 10 weeks just to check.
I believe I was good to start exercising after we saw the heartbeat. Been a lazy bum but that was when the RE okayed it.

This time, with Crinone twice a day until 12 weeks it was not happening. Now I'm off that, but since I had a SCH early on, I'm too scared to try still.....
