Baby Fever

I am the only June 2013 mommy that isn't pregnant yet? DH and I have decided that we'll start trying this spring, but I feel like everyone around me is getting pregnant again. :(

    I am one and done. I never got baby fever even when I was pregnant.

    Thanks ladies. It's certainly not changing our timeline by any means, but I do wish that it would be time already. :) We are loving getting one-on-one time with CP, but I am really looking forward to another little chunky monkey.

    Thought I was getting baby fever because a lot of people I know just had babies or are pregnant.  When I thought about it, I realized I don't really have baby fever, I just miss the excitement that came with being pregnant. 

    DH and I are pretty sure we're going to be one and done.  IF (huge if), we have another it won't be for at least another year (more like two).

    I am pregnant, and some days it's damn hard with a toddler. Sometimes we question if we can take on 2u2. C has been teething like crazy lately, and hasn't been easy at all the last few months. I'm really hoping she eases up so it'll be easier with a newborn. If you guys are in no rush, just wait it out and appreciate your LO. 

    We decided we wanted them around 2 years apart, and they'll be 21 months. I feel like the age gap is fairly small. I know a lot of couples who wait until there around 30-36 months apart. 

    FYI this is going to be our last. I don't think I'd be able to handle 3. I'd go insane. lol

    We're not starting to try again until June.  I need a little break and we want some space between our kids.

    Sometimes I look at babies and all of the pregnant June moms and get a little jealous. But really, I'm ok with waiting. We are going to wait until at least next May/June, and now we're thinking about a big family Hawaii trip next August, so we might wait until after that. I know that's right for our family, and I'm really looking forward to enjoying this next year.

    This is essentially where I am at this point - my DH finishes grad school in May and we are taking a trip together after that, and will start trying then. I'm extremely happy with where we are at this point and love getting time with my DD all by herself, but I am definitely looking forward to having another one in the near future. :)

    I wish we could have more but financially, it just isn't in the cards for us.  If money were no object, I'd absolutely be ready to try now (which is odd because when Aiden was this age, I was NOT ready to try for a second and we waited until he was 27 months old).
