  This one won't track your sleep. If you go to the fitbit website it has a side by side comparison of them all.

  Here are the differences. I doubt I'd care to track sleep anyway because I sleep like the dead. But I might upgrade if I love this one.

  I have the fitbit one and love love love it!!! Sleep tracking has helped me a ton in figuring out the right time to get to sleep as well as wake up. Makes me a lot more productive during the day.

  This might be a good entry item for someone on the fence about it like me. I wasn't sure if I wanted one, but for $18 (less 5% for Target Red Card, and no, I forgot to check the Target app), it was hard to pass up. Less guilt if I end up losing interest after a week.
