My husband thinks Ezekiel is a good name for a boy. I wasn't particularly fond of it but it's growing on me. Am I crazy? Is this a hormone haze that is causing me to change my mind. What do you think of the name?

I feel like it's the kind of name where, when someone names their kid that, I think, "Oh, that's nice." But I would never pick it myself, if that makes sense...

him by his name, Ezekiel!" then they will call him that too. It will be fine. Trust me. I have a daughter named Hadassah and nobody has ever called her by anything but her name because that's what we told them she would be called. Even people who didn't like the name love it now because it is the only name that would fit her.

My husband's name is Anthony. Don't dare call him Tony. ;-)

Friends just had a baby on Sunday and they named the little guy Ezekiel, calling him Zeke for short. Its cute and a name that will grow with him.

I don't think you should worry about what others think of your name choice. You don't want to regret your decision because you went with what other people liked instead of your personal fave. :-)

I forgot to check back on this. I was surprised to see so much feedback thanks everyone! Still undecided on a name It was good to hear strangers perspectives even though that won't be what causes us to decide it helps with the process.
