    My MIL calls this morning at 7am to tell me she's not available to help me today if I need her. Really, well thanks? Considering I've asked for her help exactly 0 times, I'm not sure why the early wake up calm was necessary. Par for the course with her annoying ass.

    The two LO's and I were actually all sleeping..... Of course the ringing phone took care of that.

    Ooo, I actually have one!

    Yesterday we took my MIL shopping for tons of stuff, since she can't drive, and we had to run errands any way. Well, errands started off with her greeting A and while DH was putting the car seat in her car, she told A, "You need to tell mommy that you want to face the other way!" and of course I replied, "Tell Grammy she will when I'm 40 lbs." The death look I got was terrible. I'm surprised she didn't say anything else.

    Later in the trip we were telling her about the tile we picked out to put in our new house, and that just made her go on and on and on about how I would hate tile, especially if A spills juice on it, and that we should really have wood floors. Twenty minutes. We got to our last stop, and A was sleeping in his car seat, and I just told DH we would wait in the car. I needed a break from her.

    You would hate wood floors..we have them in our kitchen/dining and they drop stuff and makes dents everywhere and scratches it and its harder for clean up you cant just take a rag and wipe it up you have to use special cleaner.  I know well have to have ours redone once we are done having kids.  @beatlechicksteph

    My ODS is having his 3rd birthday this weekend. My husband informed me last night his mother is bringing her friend Joni to tag along. I kinda feel like she is bringing her friend to nitpick & make fun of everything I'm doing for DS. I also suspect she is driving MIL since its in the country, but DH denies that. MIL is legally blind, weighs 80lbs, but desperately wants to take the boys ou outings.

    Seriously I don't know why MILs say stuff like that? My MIL still is friendly with DH's train wreck of an ex GF. Once drunk she even told DH how she thought that she was the right one for him when I was sitting right there. This girl failed out of every community college around, still works as a waitress in this crappy chain restaurant for 10 years because it allows her to smoke pot all day. Somehow I'm still runner up (probably 5th runner up in her eyes)

    How about when she spills juice and you watch it seap into the cracks to stay forever. I love wood floors but not in the kitchen.
