sharp pain

So I have been randomly having sharp twinging pain in my vagina and stomach. Any ideas on what it could be. I'm 22 weeks along

    RLP and Lightning crotch.  I've had serious cases of both recently.

    This morning, I sneezed in bed and was not able to move because of the RLP for almost 2 minutes.  If you are concerned that it is something different, please call your doctor.  They will be happy to set your mind at ease!

    That ligament pain can hurt that's what it sounds like to me. Mine got worse as my pregnancy went on last time, just one of those pregnancy pains :)
