Here is my menu for the week.
Monday - spinach & feta salmon burgers (no buns just eating with a fork), baked sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts
Tuesday - crock pot pot roast with carrots, potatoes & green beans
Wednesday - leftovers
Thursday - chicken piccata, broccoli and pasta
Friday - cheese raviolis, salad & garlic bread

F & Sat: out of town
Sun: depends on when we get home & my
Tue: Salsa chicken tacos
Wed: Orange chicken stir fry, quinoa, roasted broccoli
Thu: Pasta, salads
Fri: probably take out
Sat: It's my DD's 3rd birthday party! My husband is smoking a pork roast for pulled pork BBQ, and I'm making coleslaw, potato salad, deviled eggs, and veggies and dip. For dessert, we're having chocolate cake, sugar cookies, and homemade marshmallows.
T: We are having dinner at MILs house for DH's going away party
W: fried bacon and cabbage
Th: salmon patties and salad
F: chili and cornbread
S: We are going to a halloween party, so I don't have to cook
