Re: Does your LO have a set nap schedule?
Same for us, and I answered yes. Our daycare provider put both kids on a schedule and I stick to it on weekends because I like knowing what to expect and I think the kids do, too. So DS sleeps 9-10 and 1-3, approximately, most days. If he sleeps later in the morning I'll wait a little bit to put him down for the first nap. Eta: I will also wake him from naps at about an hour for the first nap and about two hours for the second nap. Otherwise he might sleep 2 hours in the morning and then not be tired enough in the afternoon, and then he'd be a nightmare by bedtime.
I know you weren't asking me, but yes, I put my son down even with no sleep cues at 9 am and 1 pm

We don't really have set times. On daycare days, I wake her up before 7, and she usually naps shortly after we get to daycare, and again in the afternoon. Lots of times, she will take a short nap in the early evening (6pm-ish), but I only let her sleep around 30 min. then bed at 9ish (depending on bottles, which are basically every 3 hours)
Non daycare days, we let her sleep until she's ready to be up (usually around 8). Then, she'll nap around 9 or 9:30 for a random length of time, and again around 12:30 for a random length of time. Sometimes she'll take a third nap, it all depends on how the day went. Then she'll be ready for bed around 8 or 9.
We don't stick with 'naptimes' as much as we try to stick with every 3 hours for bottles (depending on her hunger cues). Then, sometime between bottles (earlier in the morning), she will have sleepy cues, so we get her to nap then.
It works for us, especially since our days are nowhere near being on a schedule.

Also on days like today we have play group at 10 am so I move her nap up to 9 am and go whenever she wakes up. This usually bumps her afternoon nap up to 1 ish.
